The basic measuring and weighing equipment

The Masterdata Toolkit is a complete set of measuring and weighing solutions that are often purchased in this composition as an alternative or complement to the fully automatic MultiScan. A total solution with hardware and software in a practical flight case.

Masterdata Connect Software & tablet

On the tablet in the toolkit, the software package Masterdata Connect is installed. This collects all desired article data. Via USB or Bluetooth, Masterdata Connect connects to all measuring and weighing devices in the toolkit. Besides length, width, height and images, it is possible to add additional article properties via freely configurable fields. Which fields you want to export and in which order are easily configured in this software.

Digital tape measure: measure and scan

Besides capturing the product dimensions (max. 3 metres), you also scan the article code or other barcodes with the digital tape measure. Read more.

Digital scales

The built-in digital scale measures items up to 20 kg wirelessly and with great accuracy. Read more.

HD-camera

Complete your master data with one or more product photos per SKU. A photo creates a lot of clarity in warehouse processes. You take it easily with the toolkit's HD camera and easily add it to your dataset. Read more.

Flight case (store, protect and charge)

Robust storage case fitted with protective foam for optimal equipment protection. A special space for the tablet has been created on the inside of the case lid. Via one plug on the outside of the flight case, all devices are charged. Ideal for safely transporting the entire measuring and weighing set to the place of use.

Easy to use with reliable digital results. You can be assured of that with the Masterdata Toolkit. A big advantage is its deployability. You take the entire equipment for collecting your master data with you to wherever you want to work. Open the case and immediately start working with charged equipment. The robust flight case is fitted with a plug on the outside. All components can be charged via that socket. All toolkit components have their own battery. Measure, weigh, scan and photograph wherever you want.
